Shipping + Returns
I aim to get all orders dispatched within 5 working days of purchase - if you need your order to arrive by a certain date please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or using the contact page prior to placing your order.
All UK orders are posted 1st class.
International orders are posted via International Standard or International Tracked services.
(both options are available to choose from at checkout)
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

or using the contact page and we will help you to resolve your issue.
We only accept returns if your order is faulty or in extreme circumstances i.e. badly damaged in transit.
If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchase.
